Luke Bong is a professional trainer and speaker who is trusted by reputable organizations such as Petronas, Shell, National Insurance Berhad and many more to train their executives in the art of effective communication. He is a Certified Professional Trainer by the International Professional Managers Association, UK.

Before embarking on a career as a professional trainer, he held the position of Business Development Manager at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad where he was responsible in leading his branch to become the most productive and profitable branch in East Malaysia for four years.

Luke has a hands-on style which engages all the participants in active learning. He challenges his participants to make positive changes in their work and personal lives through carefully designed learning activities which are fun and insightful.

During the course of conducting workshops and seminars, Luke finds there are many people who underestimate their own abilities and yearn for greater things in their lives. He is on a mission to help people to achieve their highest aspirations for their career and personal lives.

Luke has experience working with teams and individuals across a wide spectrum of businesses and industries from oil and gas, hotels, theme resorts, insurance, telecommunication, universities, to name just a few.

Luke is an avid reader and he loves writing. He is happily married and has a son. They live in Miri, a beautiful seaside town in Sarawak, East Malaysia.
